So Im confused.
The attacker is of Turkish Cypriot parents.
Can I presume that his parents are sunni muslims, as 70% of Turkey is quoted as being
sunni…..
Sunni muslims believe that everyone is born a muslim.
This is in the sahih muslim book 033 number 6426...
This is one of the reasons that muslims use to kill non muslims.
BUT his friends have been quoted as saying he only recently converted to islam.
BUT he was born a muslim....that I presume would be the belief of his parents....(my assumption here)
Did he grow up a "non muslim"...how is that possible....
Why would he need to "convert" to islam if his parents tell him that he was born a muslim….(my assumption again)
One could well wonder about his upbringing....

and he converted to islam...was he raised as a non muslim in a muslim family...??
