The Constitution was written in 1787. I can't see how Trump is to blame. How many have come before him in over 230 years?
He isn't. People blaming people.
Why is everybody so ANGRY?
Because the Fake News Liberal Media told them to be..
Every leftist I know on these forums are repeating exactly what the Fake News MSMs tell them to repeat..
Mockingbird Media...
They are trying to change the Narrative back onto Trump any way they can after the Epstein arrests and those associated with him... the appalling DNC debates... Corrupt FBI and law enforcement departments etc etc etc..
Now all of that has disappeared off the front pages and replaced with HATE TRUMP speech...
The Left are truely hateful violent people...

In 2015, the United States was actually number sixty-six on the list of countries in terms of mass shooting rates according to a study done by the Crime Prevention Research Center. In this study, looking at the United States alongside all the countries in Europe alone, the United States has the 12th highest mass shooting rate. A few of the European countries with a higher mass shooting rate than the United States include Russia, Norway, France, Switzerland and Finland. More recent studies about mass shootings by country are still being conducted.
In recent years, the Crime Prevention Research Center looked at the death rates that resulted from mass shootings between the years 2009 and 2015. Here are the average death rates, in millions, per country, between 2009 and 2015. The countries are already listed in order of the highest death rates to the lowest median death rates.
Norway 1.888
Serbia 0.381
France 0.347
Macedonia 0.337
Albania 0.206
Slovakia 0.185

Serbia 0.281
Switzerland 0.249
Norway 0.197
Slovakia 0.185
Finland 0.184

Even if 3 armed people break into his house?

It would be investigated but highly unlikely the home owner would be charged with murder.

What? A Shoot Out?
ONLY CROOKS have guns in Australia. The person who shot the dead dude would be charged with MURDER. The other guys would "accessories" or something.

In Australia, the law applies to everybody. In the US, the criminals have fewer rights than the house owners, Bobby. In Australia, the home owner must account for their actions before a court. In the US, the Police or the DA will decide if the home owner was justified.
Personally, I am unsure why people are so frightened of facing the courts to justify their actions. IF they were right and IF they were justified in shooting the criminals, they will be cleared. If they weren't, they will suffer the weight of the law. Having the courts sort it out is much better than having police/public prosecutors sort it out and often getting it wrong.

I think if three armed people broke into a house in Australia and the occupant shot and killed
the three of them, the Police would interview all witnesses to establish if reasonable force had
been used. It would depend on what was uncovered as to whether any charges were laid.
The offenders may may been shot within the house...they may have been shot running away...
..if they were running away..thats murder...but I wasnt there....all conjecture.....
