I have another quiz.

A 200 lb father and his twin 100 lb sons need to cross a river. Their canoe will only support 200 lbs. How can the 3 use the boat to cross the river? Nobody can get wet.
Use the bridge.
Get a bigger boat
Go around

Easy

Not really, it's only around 100kg
when I was competing, i weighed 100 kg, not an ounce of fat on me.
Now I weigh 125kg, but it's all fat.

I think question1 could have 10 cents as an alternative correct answer without all the algebra crap

If I came up to you with both items in my hand and said these two cost $1.10 , the bat cost $1 more than the ball, how much did the ball cost?

You say $0.10 and I would say "that is correct " and it could be!

So its all in the eyes of the beholder how one sees it.

If the bat cost $1 more than the ball and the ball cost $0.10c then the bat cost $1.10

The total cost is $1.20

The twin sons cross together. One son returns for the father who then crosses alone. The twin left on the side the father has crossed to, then takes the canoe and crosses for his brother and then recrosses the river with his brother.

Alternative, all could lose half their weight and cross all together in the one canoe at once... ;)
Brian got the answer right off the bat.

Two mothers and two daughters were fishing. They managed to catch one big fish, one small fish, and one fat fish. Since only three fish were caught, how is it possible that they each took home a fish?
