My darling is unwell

Post by Valkie » Sun Jul 28, 2019 7:38 pm

My little wife is as tough as nails.
Rarely does she ever get ill, but when she does, she does it well.

Last time, she nearly died of pneumonia, being a martyr rather than taking it easy and backing off.

That was a few years ago, this time she has the flu.
This is quite unusual for her, I think this is only the third time in 30 years.
Today I finally got her to the doctors.
She has the beginnings of pneumonia again.
She has been told to take it easy.
How do you make a woman like her, take it easy?

I love her dearly, with all my heart.
But shite she frustrates me.

Hopefully she gets better over the next few days.
If I seem a little short, it's because I'm worried.

Cheers
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

I know that sort of person.
Sorry, I have no suggestions.

It is just 'their way'.

Some people get upset because they don’t believe in God and they think we are being flippant, but I will pray for her. I really do mean it.

Do they have any idea what it is or is it a "virus"?
Doctor speak for, I have no idea.

Hope he gets well soon, people don't realise how much stress the carers are under when their family is ill.
