She has failed along with Derryn Hinch those donations, Black Orchid. Unlike you, most Australians believe that rules exist for a purpose and should be obeyed. This is symptomatic of Hanson believing she doesn't have to understand or obey the rules. We have seen her disobey them in the past. She was found guilty of fraud, remember because she was foolish enough to believe she and the two Davids could get away with only having 3 members in the PHONies and still be given all the monies that the AEC provided for her electoral campaigns on the basis that the PHONies were a properly registered political party.

My apologies, that should read, "She has failed along with Derryn Hinch to declare those donations, Black Orchid."

As the Article says, it seems to be a grey area. Why would such a system be put in place? I suppose if they were paid by Sunrise to appear, that becomes taxable income. If Sunrise makes donations for them in lieu of those payments, does that mean they (Hinch and Hanson and perhaps even Sunrise) are claiming the tax deduction for the donation? It looks dodgy, artificial and there must be a reason for it. "You get nothing for nothing."

According to the Article, the size of the donations made by Seven are not known. Ch 9 says it was a 'small donation.'
