I agree with all of that...

I often look at the amount of social unrest throughout the world, and I have come to the conclusion that apart
from France and its yellow vest revolt, I feel that every country is in its own way revolting against the authority
which chains us. Look around and you will see domestic violence, road rage, crime, assaults, suicides, murder and all types
of violence, armed robberies....people might say theres always been crime...yes..but not at this level.....not like this....

Society these days is cracking at the seams because people have an inability to cope.....
People are beginning to realise that we are being screwed by an Orwellian government and an Orwellian
system, and the only people benefiting are the politicians, their oligarch mates and all the elites.....

In Australia, we are taxed to the eyeballs with income tax, GST, CGT etc etc...the petrol price is absolutely
ridiculous, but the government pretends it cant do anything about it because they benefit from every litre
which is sold to the peasants...petrol on the GC is now about $1.63 in a lot of places...$1.55 in Brisbane...

Governments all over the world are struggling to keep a lid on society....and its all beginning to unravel.....
Its only a matter of time before someone is assassinated, and then the shit will really hit the fan......

The article goes on to say that the best time to buy real estate is NOW...well, who woulda thought...

Why is it that all the spruikers are telling us that the best time to buy is now.....wouldn't be to stoke up
a falling market would it.....just like the renovating programmes on the box...quick... go and buy a renovators
dream...spend your money....blah blah blah......interest rates are down..get a 40 year mortgage...blah blah blah....

Could it be that its because they have an agenda....that is...to get you to buy now, so they
can get a juicy commission...

The article also goes on to say that its not timing when it comes to investment...its time in the market....
Well..how come Ive heard all this in reverse..that is...timing is more important than time in the market....
Why do real estate agents tell us its a buyers market...if youre a buyer....and a sellers market ...if youre a seller....

Its all bullshit...believe what you want to believe....
Id hate to be a young home buyer these days...who do you believe....
The spruikers whose livelihood depends on commission...or do you form your own opinion...

Then of course there's the con of bidding at an auction and suddenly when the bidding stops.....guess what...

Out comes the "vendors bid"....the biggest con perpetrated on home buyers ever.....
Just to get the bidding going they say...bullshit....its legal...yes....but its a fkn con......
Go to an auction and watch all the muppets fall for it...time and time again....its sad to see
the poor suckers accept the crap.....

One of the main reasons that real estate prices went so high is the vendors bid...simple as that...

The very reason the RBA is cutting rates is because the economy is in a mess.....doesn't that suggest
all this bullshit is simply to stimulate the economy....but the "experts" are supposedly telling us the "TRUTH"
Of course, those experts wouldn't be running their own investment companies would they.....

I think if the grubberment was serious about improving the economy they would consider a number of innovations....
a) Introduce licensing for a "Buyers Agent"...to protect buyers....
b) Reduce real estate agents commission by half
c) Abolish vendor bids....
d) Legislate heavy penalties and loss of license for collusion between sellers agent and buyers agent...
e) Totally revamp stamp duties payable on real estate

But they wont do this because a) its all too hard...and b) the oligarchs would suffer....
Hell would freeze over first.......

All property should have an independent inspection
certificate.

The property should have the price reduced from
current market value to cover the cost of repairs.

I've been to places where the sewer is blocked
so that when you flush the dunny the water
comes to the top of the bowl and takes

The real estate agent won't even come and have
a look even though he's only 5 meters away.
They are arseholes only interested in a sucker
