McmAnus now wants the union movement to support the anti-Semitic BDS campaign.
Apparently she has already set up a review committee with a working title known as...

she looks very communist to me......and if that is true, then yes I would say she is communist..

isnt that really against 18c...I mean isnt it in a way stirring up hatred of another group...
who as far as i know have done not a thing to Australia or Australians...

its inciting anarchy isnt it??....

what right does a Union have to do that?...

This is long but it's worth a full read ...
To quote a certain Labor slogan that some might have heard of: It’s time.

Or, to be more specific, it was about time.

Sometimes when you need to know why a decision had to be made you only have to look at the reaction to that decision.

The shock among the hard left union leadership at Anthony Albanese’s dramatic declaration that Victorian CFMEU boss John Setka should be stripped of his ALP membership was genuine. The surprise and anger are both real. And this is precisely why the new Labor leader needed to make a stand.

>snip<

This isn’t about what Setka did or didn’t say, it isn’t about Rosie Batty or men’s rights. In fact it isn’t even about John Setka himself. It is about an Australian Labor Party that over the past decade has been gradually hijacked by extreme elements of the Victorian left to the point that it lost an unlosable election to a government that was imploding.

I have often said that all extremists are ultimately the same and all will ultimately self-destruct and the Victorian experiment is a classic example of that.

Melbourne’s hard left coalition of militant union hardmen and Marxist feminist academics was always going to be destroyed by its inherent hypocrisy. Indeed, it is telling that there are now so many hardcore men’s activist right-wingers on social media flocking to Setka’s defence while his hardcore feminist comrades attack innocent men for doing nothing yet are deafening in their silence when it’s one of their mates. So much for protecting women.

For too long this extremist tail has been wagging the Labor dog. The once great visionary party of Hawke and Keating that transformed the economy, built the accords and created world-leading social safety nets like Medicare was overrun by transactional politicians who were so intellectually and ideologically vacuous that a notoriously pro-business union leader from the right ended up becoming a standard-bearer for class warfare beholden to the militant unions of the left.

>snip<

I have always been a strong supporter of unions and workers’ rights but if you really want to grow wages you can’t just legislate or adjudicate. You have to create jobs, drive down unemployment and make workers more in demand. This is a concept so simple even economists get it and yet it appears lost on the sloganeering left of southern university campuses who have recently infected Labor.

These people are loud but they are few, as the election result so emphatically showed. More importantly, they are wrong.

>snip<

Albo, by contrast, has a qualification far more valuable than a sociology degree in Marxist principles. He has common sense.

And, staggeringly enough, he is a nice guy. Instead of getting angry at people, he gets to know them. Instead of cutting people loose, he tries to take them with him.

Even his oft-quoted off-the-cuff comment “I like fighting Tories” wasn’t the radical call to arms both his enemies and his comrades try to claim. On the contrary, it was a desperate call for party unity among a Labor government that was tearing itself apart during the Rudd-Gillard-Rudd wars that broke his heart.

In order to unite itself and unite the country Labor must rid itself of the extremists and ideologues who have clamped onto the party like a ball and chain on a marathon runner.

Setka has the union backing him.. all 120.000 clones of Setka...

so he says... other Unions are very SLOW to respond to Albo.....

under normal circumstances he would be gone or at least suspended...

so it makes me wonder ...

what the hell goes on behind those closed doors??....

why does he have so much POWER..... he appears in court of the 26th... on 6 charges....its not the first time either...

yet he has all this control and POWER......how come...

what is the ALP thinking.?

They are thinking about that Donation Money they get given by the unions.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Who will win Setka or Albo ?

Albo got a swelled head and got too big for his boots when he crossed the union God Person Setka.

Albo forgot that he is just the puppet of the unions and the Lunatic Extremist Greenies Doc Dick.

Will Setka get Albo AND that Commo Socialist Extremist Feminazi Sheila kicked out ?

Is bedraggled little Shorty waiting in the wings to step out and retake the Labor leader position and keep Labor in OPPOSITION for the next 30 years ?

Image
How long can Albo last after this gigantic blunder ?

Albo should learn that you don't bit the hand that feeds you.

Bitter and twisted Shorty has already said he will re-contest the leadership.

Bill Shorten may not have abandoned his leadership ambitions
By Latika Bourke May 30, 2019 — 11.45pm

Bill Shorten has told allies he wants to return as Labor leader, but is preparing to be denied his preferred frontbench positions as health or foreign affairs spokesman when Anthony Albanese unveils the opposition's new-look frontbench this weekend.

The former opposition leader used an address to MPs in Canberra on Thursday to pledge loyalty to Labor's newly installed leadership team and launch a stinging attack on corporate Australia and sections of the media over the party's shock defeat at the May 18 election.

My God you can almost feel the heat of the hate and envy whirling around inside little Shorty

"Rather than commentators' snap judgements, or hindsight masquerading as insight, it is important that we take our time to reflect," Mr Shorten said.

"But obviously we were up against corporate leviathans, a financial behemoth, spending an unprecedented hundreds of millions of dollars advertising, telling lies, spreading fear. They got what they wanted."
