Sometimes its a OIC of an airline because he's gay, other times, its because
of a certain background of a football player...other times because someone said something on twitter, or posted
something on facebook...
Nothing happens when youre offended...you dont fall down with a broken leg...
You dont wake up the next morning with leprosy, or cancer, or whatever....

I can tell a joke in a crowded room of say, 100 people, and 99 of them will laugh...
One person will stop, and pause, and then suddenly decide that he's been offended....

People playing football have stuck their heads into a million scrums over the years, had bones
broken, body parts bruised and bent...no problems..all part of body contact sport...

I posted a job ad a few days ago, I'm the director, and I got a few super crazy messages from middle-aged women and from a fat Canadian boy. They told me that in my ad I broke a couple of discrimination laws because I specified an age and sex requirement. I mean, come on, everybody does that, especially on the beach resorts, and they knew it.

I also don't want to waste my time, and their time, because I would just not hire obese or over 30 women. That's absolute fucking bullshit. Just envious chumps wasting my time. I could've not changed my ad text, but I decided not to draw any negative attention. But c'mon...

People aren't rewarded by merit or their actions, it's all about bullshit and whether somebody from a certain minority group was "oppressed" or not, even if the person in question wasn't actually oppressed. One of my colleagues got a job purely because she was Abo. The boss even said, "It's gonna look great on our books!"
This person has no skills for the job whatsoever even with training. I can guarantee if this person was of "white privilege" descent she'd be out of the building faster than you can say, "fuck off."

Back in the day, as a female, when you applied for a job in an office, you got an interview because your application said you had the qualifications and you got the job because the Interviewer (usually a male) liked the way you looked.

That sounds like the Public Service where they had to have at least one "Asian" (who could barely speak English) or an Abo (who disappeared for days on "walk-about") in each Section. The Sections I worked in were mostly over-staffed anyway and only about a quarter of the staff actually worked ... most bumbled along, feet in desk, on the phone to friends, until the Big Boss emerged. I only joined the Public Service because there was little else here in the Bubble called Canberra. I spent most of my working life in private enterprise in Melbourne and Sydney. What "they" say about the Public Service is correct. Glad I got out and took a so-called Golden Handshake when I could.

Absolutely, hands down, that is absolutely correct. And even if I wronged I would apologize, I'm not a dick. Yesterday I had another case. Some young girl wrote me, called me, wanted me to fuck her, and just before going out she blocked me for no reason. I found a way to contact her and ask her what's going on, and she told me she's busy now and if I contact her one more time she'd call the cops and I will regret. This is the aftermath of Westernization and Feminization in the Eastern Europes. Young women are turning into fat blobs here too because of the McDonald's they eat all day long now. And by the way when I had my car photos in my Facebook, no one will block me. I decided to remove such photos to attract genuine people but I lost my time even more. There is no such thing these days. Only snowflakes and gold diggers. They will either try to suck off your resources, or get envious because of your lifestyle and try to trash you.

But abbos can place adds that specify aboriginality
Women can place adds that are specifically women
I have even seen an add specifying LGBTIQ+ requirements.

All of these adds have a disclaimer stating that it is a cultural or some bullshite requirement to work with these groups.
