There are 2 types of trannies. The most common is a transvestite, which is a heterosexual male with a fetish for something pertaining to females - often items of clothing. A transsexual is a homosexual male who wants to be female.
The homosexual aspect is innate, that is they're born with it. The transvestism and gender dysphoria (transsexualism) is psychological.
