It's a shame what people do to themselves in the name of vanity. Kenny Rogers being one. Look at Mickey Rourke, Cher and Meg Ryan. Meg was so fresh and pretty looking and now she just looks disfigured.

I am all for light work, if you feel the need, and many seem to get that right but I will never understand why others go that step too far. What do they see when they look in the mirror?
Nothing worse than an old woman trying to look young and sexy...yawn yawn..

Some have elegance and do it well though. Jane Fonda for example.

Funny stuff lol

Here's some more Biden :b

Love the "hands-on approach" line!

I've also noticed that he has the wide-eyed look of a guy who underwent too much of a facelift.

He reminds me of country music singer Kenny Rogers, who went from looking like a weathered cowboy to a perpetually surprised guy. Tell me you really think the photo on the right is an improvement: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-U94HlSuQE8s/U ... urgery.jpg

Sometimes it's better to age gracefully.
Kenny looks ridiculous! Why do they do it? Nevermind, I know ... vanity.

Remember Joan Rivers? She died at 81 looking like this! OK so her face was wrinkle free but what about the rest of her body? :rofl

Please don't ask me about the rest of her body!

Actually, I liked Joan Rivers, especially toward the end of her life (which was cut short by a botched surgical procedure). She was unabashedly non-PC.

As for Kenny Rogers, you see what I mean. If I were his best friend, I'd have told him, "Kenny, what are you thinking? You don't need plastic surgery -- you're a country and Western singer. It's OK to have a weathered cowboy look ... it only adds credibility to your persona."

I mean, look at Willie Nelson. Would anybody suggest that he dye his hair, shave his beard and try to look 25 again?

The dialect from King of the Hill is modeled after Garland, TX. I grew up next door in Mesquite. The show is set in the fictional town of Arland.
Then you probably knew a Boomhauer of your own!
His name is Keith.
I was right! ("Danged ol' Keith, I'll tell ya what!")
