Prosecutors on Tuesday attacked the credibility of Minneapolis police Sgt. Shannon Barnette, the supervisor on the scene after officer Mohamed Noor killed 911 caller Justine Ruszczyk.

Barnette has emerged as a key figure in the trial of Noor, who faces murder and manslaughter charges in Ruszczyk's 2017 shooting death. She has refused to cooperate with a state investigation into the shooting.

According to trial witnesses and prosecutors, Barnette deactivated her body camera multiple times during the night of the shooting, jumped to conclusions about whether Noor and his partner had been startled before Noor shot, and told another officer that Ruszczyk was "probably a drunk or a drug addict" after she was killed.

Toxicology tests showed Ruszczyk did not have any alcohol or drugs in her system.
A third woman perverting the course of justice in this bizarre police department that seems to be full of token gays and token Somalis.

What gets me is how much of his past is being withheld from permissible evidence.

It should be an open and shut case

Monkey shoots human = monkey get put down

easy as that.

It's 1st degree murder and he should be hanged:

Justine Damond rang 911 to report a possible rape....
She is shot dead for her troubles....
Does anyone wonder...just for a second....who was the rapist....
Did Justine "see too much"......

his partner hasnt exactly given him a high five...

lets face it where would you be if you sat next to someone who not only thinks its ok to shoot off a gun inside a car....but its almost next to his partners head for gods sakes...if he had moved in that spit second he would be the one dead.....

even he must have thought of that....

even in the old days of Al Capone the cops always had their firing arm outside the car....

true or false.?

Shooting across his partner was a really unprofessional and inexperienced thing to do. Who the hell would ever want to ride with him again?

Agree with that cods...
When his partner finishes his evidence, it will be interesting to see if Noors team decides for Noor to give evidence...
a) to contradict anything that has made Noor look bad.... or
b) not give evidence at all...
If Noor give evidences the prosecution will tear him apart....
Hes now between a rock and a hard place....

I think cods, the problem with the United States of America, is that they are not United...they are disunited...
Every state has different laws...even the gun laws are different from state to state...
My feeling is that the USA is rotten to the core and the Police..well you only have to google to see that
all over America, people are being killed left right and centre by the Police....SWAT raids seem to go down every
five minutes and innocent people are killed all the time....its shoot first and ask questions later...probably because the
crims all do that anyway....poor training yes...gungho attitudes and paranoia added in...deadly mix....
Their beloved constitution which they all praise seems to give them power to do and say anything or everything
they please.....what a mess......but I digress....
