Brik (/briːk/ BREEK; بريك) is a Tunisian dish consisting of thin pastry around a filling, commonly deep fried. The best-known version is the egg brik, a whole egg in a triangular pastry pocket with chopped onion, tuna, harissa and parsley.

I was distracted through a lot of it so I was surprised. One minute they had no orders and the next minute when I tuned in they got an 8 from the customers?

Maybe they just average it no matter how many customers order their food? One team might have 20 people ordering their food and get an average of 7 yet Ibby and Romel might have only had 3 customers and got an 8? Doesn't sound fair to me unless they all of a sudden had tons of orders.

I didn't see them do the pastry.

I know "nothing", Cods, just that I saw you mention "brick pastry" and was curious, so I Googled.

Since it was a cooking competition, surely they must have made the pastry?

Have a read of this, if interested. https://www.goodfood.com.au/recipes/whe ... 0920-2u61d
