Where was the cut leftwit? Here are the facts:
Federal funding for public hospital services has increased under the Liberal Government from $13.3 billion in 2012-13 to a record $21.2 billion this year (a 59% increase).
Our new hospital agreements deliver $31 billion more for hospitals over five years.

It has to come from our pockets.
The Govt does not pay for anything, we pay for every promise.
"I am going to borrow this much money to keep this promise"
But don' cha know they're borrowing to invest in the future? Running a debt now in order to build a greater Australia just like any household would borrow to buy a block of land and build a home on it ... oh .... wait a minute....... no they're not.... they're barely level pegging ......
Borrowing so that your grandchildren will be left to pay the bill.
We'll never pay it off -
it will drain Australia for more than 100 years.

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-12-11/ ... t/10595756The Government's monthly financial statements show net debt has doubled over the Coalition's two terms in government — from $174.6 billion in September 2013, when it was first elected, to $354.5 billion in October 2018.
However, this is not the only way to track net debt.
Measured as a share of gross domestic product, which takes the size of the economy into account, net debt grew more slowly over the five years to June 2018 compared to the simple dollar amount.
Experts said paying down debt wasn't entirely within the control of government, with broader economic circumstances also playing a significant part. Some Coalition savings measures had also been blocked in the parliament by the Opposition.
https://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-08-28/ ... es/5684750Three months after the May budget, the Coalition is still struggling to sell its economic strategy to the public - and to Senate crossbenchers. Senior ministers are trying to pressure Labor to cooperate with the Coalition in getting key budget legislation through the Senate.
Finance Minister Mathias Cormann told ABC's Insiders on August 24: "Labor is opposing savings - $5 billion in savings that were initiated by Labor in government - Bill Shorten is now opposing them".
ABC Fact Check looks at whether Labor really is blocking its own measures.
>snip<
The measures that Labor is opposing would save the budget more than $5 billion.
Senator Cormann is correct.

So is Bullshit Billy. It's what politicians do, all the time, and more so when there is an Election on. Both are trying to get the swinging voters to vote for them. Happens every time. They seem to forget who their EMPLOYERS are, but we taxpayers don't, at least some of us.
