Im 70...I used to give a damn...I dont now...
We have politicians who govern for the elite...the oligarchs...we have politicians who, when they leave politics, they receive a non means tested political pension...they travel free, they continue to enjoy all the lurks and the perks of a retired politician, the continuation of the lurks and perks they received as a "working" politician. In other words they still have their snouts in the trough.

Take Beattie, Nelson and Hockey for starters...they are all receiving government non means tested pensions of lucrative proportions and still draw lucrative packages from the positions they hold outside parliament. They are able to do this because they make the rules which suit them and their cronies. Of course they all have several investment properties which they have in their wives names, their childrens names, etc etc...all because of the benefits of negative gearing...people like Bronwyn Bishop come out and say they dont want property prices to go down...I wonder why.....(add here travel rorts)

Then we have people like a family friend of mine who has busted her arse since she left school, and is about to retire at age 65
but wont get a cent for a pension.Why...because she owns a house (one house) and she has saved her arse off to receive a
decent superannuation payout....
While she forks out $1.50 a litre for petrol, retired politicians and their ilk get free travel.....
And the coalition had to be dragged kicking and screaming into a RC on banking....their banking cohorts...
Wait til a bank collapses and watch APRA activate a bail in...theres no government guarantee...all arranged by Hockey.....
And you wonder why I dont vote for the parasites....I wouldnt give them the smell of my arse......
