I reluctantly was present for the removal of a man's hand and foot several years ago.

The vehicle I was travelling in was stopped by the "police" or whatever they were called.

We were forced to wait while the crowd gathered and stood around while this poor bloke had his hand and foot removed on his front porch.
Even his wife didn't object.
