I am sick of people who think skin colour defines a person..
the most despicable people in history were WHITE
for goodness sakes grow up and stopping blaming colour for all the worlds problems....it goes a damn sight deeper than that
do not forget WHITE is also a colour
Skin colour may not define a person Cods but it’s a pretty good indicator of their culture. “White” just happens to correlate with people of European decent; in other words, people whose culture isn’t the antithesis of mine.
No one's culture is the antithesis of yours, "Nicole". Your problem is that you don't understand other cultures. Nor do you want to understand other cultures. At heart you're basically a racist, "Nicole". Your attitudes and views reflect that. You want to judge a person first on their skin colour, not on their individual self worth. Yet, I suspect you want to be judged on your individual self worth, don't you? Seems hardly fair to me.

No one's culture is the antithesis of yours, "Nicole".
Really? You stand by that statement do you?
Good God.
No one is your antithesis, "Nicole". It is all in your imagination, you realise? How long have you felt persecuted, mmmm?
Oh I dunno. Maybe since Muslim's think my testimony is worth half that of a man's, or that I cannot leave the house unaccompanied by a male relative. Or that my rape must be witnessed and testified to by 4 males. Or that I cannot drive a car.
The white Australia policy was not all about skin colour
It was all about finding mutually comparable cultures.
You can't put different blood types into the same person, because it kills him
The same for society
The wrong culture, destroys a country
Just look at Paris, Germany, Sweden, it's happening and we are denying it.
Besides, we need intelligent people in Australia
We used to be a progressive country, all white
Remember
THE DARKER THE SKIN
THE DUMBER THE KIN
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream
The White Australia policy was a failure - it limited the types of migrants on the basis of the colour of their skin, not their ability to contribute to Australia's economy. Skin colour is determined by superficial levels of melanin in a person's skin cells and does not contribute to a person's intelligence or skill level. It also limited Australia's ability to criticise countries such as South Africa or Zimbabwe because of their treatment of their black citizens. Australia was much better off joining the broad community of nations where skin colour was ignored.

One man does not determine national policy, Bobby.
That was back in 1962 -
I bet they wouldn't put that on TV now.
Actually, it gets a fairly regular outing on the ABC, Bobby. More for curiosity’s sake than anything else. A case of "what we used to think, look how we have changed for the better."

That kind of thing.
That is not applicable in Australia, "Nicole". You appear to fear Muslims for some unknown reason. Could it be Islamophobia? None of the reasons you have given are actually accurate, except in Saudi Arabia and even there, women's right are moving ahead. Women are allowed to drive cars now, unaccompanied by male relatives. You are allowed to leave the house and many women do. Rape is still a problem area, I agree but even there, things are slowly improving.

I watch ABC all the time and I've never seen it.
I've seen it twice in the last three years, Bobby. Perhaps you failed to watch the right programs?
