All part of a longer term strategic plan. Considering the overwhelming majority of those "naval vessels" have been patrol boats, I don't really think they count all that much, do you?

BTW, what ever happened to the Tories' plan to buy overseas built ships, rather than building them ourselves, in Australia, employing Australians and using Australian materials? Mmmm?
