Every politicians and senior public servants pension SHOUKD be linked to a series of targets.
These targets should be FIXED in stone and made known to the people

Infrastructure must be improved by a minimum of 30%, for every 2% under that figure they loose 15% of their pension.

For every 1 billion in debt Australia is, they loose 10 % of their pension.

For every 1000 homeless people, they loose 20% of their pension.

And there should be a vote as to how well we consider them performing
They loose 5% for every point under 60% satisfaction.

Each power outage, regardless of where, they loose 10% of their pension.

That would make them actually do something for a change
