dear lord I hope so -
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was not on the bench as usual Monday as the court heard oral arguments for the first time since her cancer surgery last month.
Prior to Monday, Ginsburg, 85, had not missed a day of argument for any reason other than those cases from which she had recused herself, CNBC reported.
Ginsburg, a member of the court’s liberal wing, will still work from home.
Ginsburg would participate in the two cases to be argued Monday by reading briefs, other filings and the argument transcript, Kathleen Arberg, a Supreme Court spokeswoman, told The New York Times.
Although Ginsburg will be able to vote in the case by reviewing transcripts, she will not be able to ask questions Monday.
I would be doing a check to see if she's still alive before that vote goes ahead otherwise the Democrats will vote for her
they've been propping up this commie old bag for years
but when she goes - soon, if not already - Trump gets another pick for SCOTUS
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

She's far too old to be on the bench. It's ridiculous.

you should hear her talk - death warmed up
Some say that they are using experimental drugs and tech to try and keep her alive (if she's still alive, no ones seen her)
they don't want Trump to have another SCOTUS pick and will do anything to stop him.
there are now democrats talking about changing the laws in regards to SCOTUS picks
democrats are also introducing a bill to remove the electoral college - Clinton believes she would have won had it not been for this.
see whats going on here?
if Democrats can't win - they cheat - or change laws so that they can "legally" cheat.

Changing the subject, slightly. Sorry.
In Australia, like the USA, different States have different LAWS .... some LAWS are NATIONAL but the person I am thinking of, hasn't a clue about ANY particular NATIONAL LAW, only knows State Law.
Ditto driving laws .... they also change from State to State. Here and in the USA. Europe, etcetera.
