I really wish that John Howard hadn't had Laser eye treatment ... he looked better with glasses.

He can back Morrison all he wants but it won't make it achieve anything.

I really do wish that "people with microphones" would shut the fuck up and do some RESEARCH rather than annoy people on the street, outside their homes or when they are shopping and so forth. It is annoying beyond belief and a good reason to TURN OFF the Nightly News!

Mr Morrison leads Mr Shorten as preferred prime minister 50 per cent to 32 among voters aged 50 and over, and 42 per cent to 36 among those aged 35 to 49 years.

However, Mr Morrison's support among baby boomers (those aged 50 and over) has slipped with 45 per cent of them expressing dissatisfaction with his performance, according to the analysis covering late October to this month, which was conducted exclusively for The Australian.

The coalition continues to lead Labor 40 to 37 per cent among baby boomers but voters in the 18-34 and 35-49 age groups prefer Labor.

I dont worry about polls.....we deserve what we get..

we are turning into a greedy rabble... its all about whats in it for me....

I am not interested....I certainly wouldnt vote for someone who said every pensioner will get $50 a week increase in pension....

because I ,know someone else will have to go without.....and its wrong..

we are well catered for in this country......and I am sick of reading about the ungrateful ones who think they are worth more... :mad

Most people care less about "politics" until they are FORCED to vote .... it is still ONLY $20 if you don't get your name marked off.

Age Pensioners who don't OWN their own home do get a pretty good deal. Taxpayers are VERY generous. Those who are best served are they who saved and worked and paid off their Mortgage so that they could live in peace in their Old Age, without money problems.

Unless you are a boozer or a gambler, or waste money .... being Old in Australia is NOT necessarily a bad thing .... we are VERY lucky.

I have said many times before that the "own your own home" that we were brought up to think about, doesn't really apply to the younger generation .... they want to travel, see things, put off have kids and settling down until the are in their mid-30s at least .... a different Life-Style .... completely.

I certainly looks that way. They should have elected Julie Bishop to replace Malcolm Turnbull, if they wanted to get rid of him. The push for Peter Dutton was never going to work, and from what is now being said, it looks like Tony Abbott was the white ant.

Bite your tongue! Bishop turned out to be a turncoat. Turncoat was a turncoat. I don't like ScoMo. I don't like Bullshit Billy. I think I will just ignore the entire thing and pay the 20 bucks due to lack of interest.
