Last night I bought some seafood on the way home, cooked it up, did the dishes after and cleaned the kitchen floor.

Good to clean the kitchen floor with the dish water after doing the dishes.

The floor was getting tacky. Kitchens are like that.
While there is hot soapy water ready to go, may as well use it one last time before letting it go down the sink.

I've never done it myself but I think it's a pretty good idea. Don't know about you but my dishwashing water is never 'dirty'.

Probably depends on whether you give them a good rince before you wash, I have found putting them on the floor and letting the dog give them a good lickin is helpfull lol

And trust me, German machinery has no match, the same way for example a modded Ferrari will ass-rape any other car. It puts a radius on the cable that is too small.
That will put stress on the copper inside it.
The best way is to store the cable in as larger loops as possible without twists.

You should never draw large currents through an extension cord
where the wires cross each other in tight loops.
That can cause overheating and thermal runaway in the cable.
The cable will get hotter and hotter.
