Africans + discipline = I'm laughing.
I think these fellows might have the last laugh...

I suggest you read up about the history of European colonisation before you make an even bigger fool of yourself. African warriors have in the past given European regular and irregular armies quite a run for their money.
Agreed bwyannnnn

Their obviously superior weaponry

Their obviously superior technology

Their obviously superior capability

Are amply demonstrated in those pictures.

On a serious note however
At least the Africans were somewhat civilized
They has community structure, housing, and had learned to lack rocks to bits of wood.

Far far superior to the pre-stone age aboriginals of Australia.
They should be capable of catching up, given the chance.
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

Brian, the black supporter. He saves the blacks.

I definitely admire the Masai but they're good hunters, nothing more. Here, a typical Masai home in 2018:

And architecture in Romania, the Bran Castle, built around the year of 1200–1300.

How's this has anything to do with "discipline"?

You're a top joke, Brian O'Connor. Here, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (The Mountain from Game of Thrones)

The point is that white people evolved from those left behind in Africa.
We became smarter and more able to cooperate together.
We developed writing, culture, learning & eventually science.
The Africans were still running around with spears with stone tips only a few 100 years ago -
some of them still are.
They are primitive people - closer to the apes.

I don't want to appear racist with that last comment.
I read once that the smartest people on Earth are the Japanese
not European white people.
I think that's true, followed by the Chinese and then the Europeans.
The Africans are way down at the bottom of the list.
