Everybody is talking about the French “revolting” over fuel prices, while Bulgarians are starving!
Everybody is talking about the French “revolting” over fuel prices, while Bulgarians are starving! Did you know that the minimum national wage in Bulgaria is $1.681 per hour? Bulgaria, EU member state. Salary in France for a comparison is exactly $11.206 per hour. But fuel prices are exactly the same!

It actually is there fault. They let all the migrants in, then protest on "high fuel prices". Eeeee, what a sob story. When in reality, here it's worse. Much worse. We did, a ton of protests. Money don't just come out of nowhere. We don't have a single angel investor, and everyone here's deprived of quality food. No quality food means no adequate thinking. Easily said than done. They did turn Dubai, a sand pit, into a megacity, and same with Abu Dhabi, but of course, Arabs get the special treatment, but we as Europeans get shet.
I'm doing on what I can with an internationalle vebsaite, so people from all around the world can read on what happens in reality. Sorry about our language isolation. Bulgarians speak Bulgarian, Russian, German. No Engelsk. Will see where that goes.

WOWDid you know that the minimum national wage in Bulgaria is $1.681
Fuel prices are bad here too. A couple of weeks ago it was almost up to $1.60 AUD per litre but our minimum wage is around $18.93 AUD per hour.
Housing prices and rents in our two most populated cities, Sydney and Melbourne, are outrageously high though.

Yep. $2.323 Australian greens is what you get for an hour of work, typically.

A waitress in the poorest region of Bulgaria — Montana State, or Vidin State, gets about 400–500 leva remuneration, for a whole month of work, around 26 days of work, 9-hour workday. 400–500 leva is exactly 320–400 AUD. For a whole month of work. Let that sink in.
For a comparison, monthly rent in my city is exactly that haha — 400 AUD. So basically that means you're working for your rent, but no food, no transportation costs, civil auto liability, car tax, medicine, health checkups, going out, buying necessities, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorants, cleaning additives, electricity bills, water bills, internet bills, phone bills, cellphone carrier costs, condoms, sanitary napkins, and so many others. And these are necessities, not zabavleniya.
Do you know how that's called? Stray dog life.

It needs a lot of work, and people like me that do that type of work are not much. Most of them nincompoops are opening pubs and bars and mechanas all over the place. Nobody cares about cultural architecture, purposeful companies, and factories, &c.
Tourism is fine but we cannot sustain ourselves solely on tourism. Half of our cities are not such great tourist destinations. We need factories, tech, machinery.
It'll take a lifetime. Not in my lifetime haha, not in my life definitely.

I agree. Though, I think everyone is worried about himself. We're all selfish to an extent and that's not a bad thing per se.
