Im not talking about the Stanford Binet tests, even the most optimistic of researchers puts the average IQ of Africans at around 82 on culturally unbiased IQ tests. Full blood Aboriginals score worse at around 75, that may be due to Denisovian admixture because Papuan New Guineans score similar. Im not aware of any stats on Maoris but my belief is that the full bloods would score quite comparitively low as well. Of course IQ is heritable, its a genetic trait, thats why smart people generally tend to have smart kids and dumb people have dumb kids. Arguing otherwise is ludicrous.
