But love makes it manageable.
Not if financial hardship rears its ugly head. Nothing sends couples to the divorce courts faster than money troubles.
This is where true love manages.
My wife and I bought our home just before the 18% interest rate fiasco.
We were not eligible for any grubberment aid.
I earned $18.00 A week too much for the first home owners assistance, and the banks told us we earned too little to be given a loan.
5 years I worked 2 sometimes 3 jobs to get a deposit to meek bank requirements.

We got the loan and the payments were just affordable
Then the interest started going through the roof.
Some weeks we struggled to find enough food, after putting aside enough for the mortgage, petrol to get to work and other must pay expenses.
This went on for years, until I secured a well paid position and things got better.

Money was so tight, we still, to this day, do not go out much.
It's habit, we simply enjoy each other's company.
Money will only destroy a marriage if you let it.
I do not believe we are any different than many others.
My parents struggled all their lives.
In fact, one of the reasons I worked so hard at advancing myself was so that I woukd not have to struggle like my parents.

Love does conquer all. True love.
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

There is no true love these days. Just fucking, and gold digging. It's the reality. I'll be 30 soon. I've never met someone even close to a marriage material. Whoring doesn't cut it for me.

Never say never.
Somewhere out there, there is someone for you.

But there are some things to remember.
1) no one is perfect, accept the faults and love and concentrate on the good things.

2) lust lasts for a few years, love lasts forever.
But if you love someone, lust disappears and it's far more enjoyable because you both strive to please each other. Love and it just keeps getting better.

3) enjoy the moment
Be it visiting a new place, enjoying a delicious meal, engaging in activities you both enjoy or simply sitting in silence with each other.

4) Touch each other frequently, not intimately, just the hand, brush the arm, a touch on the cheek while looking into her beautiful eyes.
Touch at home, touch in public, touch while driving, keep touching.

I regularly poke my wife's arm gently.
Been doing it for years.
One day years ago she asked why I did it
I said because there is an angle sitting next to me and hi wanted to see if she was real.

To this day, I poke her this way, it always brings a smile.
And other people have asked her why I do it, she says, because he loves me, nothing more.

If you are looking for perfection, you will never find it.
If you are looking for great beauty, you will fail
If you expect to be loved without loving back, you will not find love.
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

Looks like it came off the fairy tales. The Unicorn we've all been looking for.

Anything worth having is worth working for.

Woukd you prefer a woman who simply hung all over you and expected nothing in return

They don't exist
A woman is a sentiment being, just like you
She has needs and wants, just like you
She deserves to be treated with respect and love, just like you

Getting the understanding yet?

It's not all you.

And the moment you show any kind of weakness, I mean even the slightest one, say you're ill, got the flu and your joints are aching super bad and you're crying like a baby, she sees you as a weakling, as a beta, and she'll be off to the alpha Bull to please her. Women nowadays are not women 50 years ago.

Many are as you describe Flek, but not all. I think too many people leap into relationships for the wrong reasons and then regret it.

If it doesn't make your heart sing don't do it. If it is right the woman would not see sickness nor tears as a weakness.

I got my heart "singing" all right, once in my life. The girl always listened to her parents like she was living with them, neglected my own feelings, even her own feelings, and lied to me all the time because she thought, the idiot, she could please both me, and her parents. Don't work like that.

You should never neglect your own feelings or compromise your morals.
Remember, true love has no boundaries
Both should benefit and both should love.

Giving of yourself and having to give of yourself are different things.
Giving of yourself willingly is ok, as long as you love the person and they love you back

Having to give, to compromise your own happiness, to give and not receive is slavery, not love.

She was not the one for you, walk away
There is one out there, you are simply looking in the wrong place.

Be strong, one day, you will meet your soul mate
And when you do, the world is a joy.
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
