Terrorist Act in Melbourne?

My news said he had no known terrorist links but they are not ruling anything out. They also said he wore an Islamic robe.

It wasn't a robe but not ordinary clothes.

My apologies. They didn't say 'robe' they said TUNIC and he did have a longish black thing on over his pants in the clips I saw.
