As I said, there is always someone who believes they are above the law, Black Orchid. I see/read/hear the news every day. Yes, caches are discovered - not only at Sydney Airport (interesting how you've changed the goal posts, hey?) but outside of Sydney airport as well. The point is - they are being detected, they are being found. Every such discovery is less weapons - usually illegal weapons - in circulation. No law is perfect. No law will stop law-breaking. Firearms legislation however makes certain weapons illegal and punishes those who break those laws.
