I wouldnt have thought you would cook a curry in a tandoor, Not very convenient, you would tend to cook tandorr chicken and other kebab type meats
That is what they are generally used for nowadays. The story goes that when they were originally developed, they were used to cook all sorts of food. They were developed when invaders meant that the villagers had to abandon their village (temporarily). Before the invaders arrived, the villagers had worked out that if they created an underground oven, they could cook their food while it was buried and they were absent. When the invaders had left, the villages would return and dig their ovens back up and eat the food contained in them.

Thats a great yarn mate, sounds like a bit of a myth, But Holywood has never let the truth get in the way of a good story :clap :purple :yahoo

Chicken breasts. Not sure what I will do with them yet.

Breasts need special attention ,they should have some extra virgin oil massaged into them, a little garlic and a few chillie flakes, Then slapped ijnto a hot pan both sides, then popped into an oven for 15 ,,

Sounds good P but I ended up flattening them, spreading them with Brie cheese and chives, rolling them and then wrapping them in Phyllo pastry. Served with salad and some sourdough garlic bread.

Sounds so brutal lol. better off inserting the cheese , , give those babbies a lite rub with oil and slap them in the pan. They will love you for it,

Gourmet sausages
Mashed potatoes
Corn and veggies
Couple of eggs

And left over strudel for dessert
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

I wish somebody would come over and make me a t-bone (or fillet) steak (medium rare) with mushroom sauce and a fresh salad. Not into dessert but if pressed, a zabaglioni would be nice. :D
