The Prime Minister has conceded Liberal candidate Dave Sharma is likely to lose Saturday's Wentworth by-election and therefore his Government's majority in Canberra.

Speaking on the eve of the vote, Scott Morrison was repeatedly pressed about Mr Sharma's chances against high-profile independent Kerryn Phelps.

And, of course, the rent-a-crowd were out in full force. Probably hired by the Turnbulls.

Oh, dearie, dearie, me. Poor, poor, Sco-Mo, going the way of Ming the Mercilless in 1941, hey?

I see you seem to believe that the voters can be easily led during elections. Oh, I am sure most politicians wish that was so. Everybody would be told who to vote for and that would be that!

Trumble has had nothing to do with this election. Absolutely nothing. It seems Sco-Mo and his Government will be judged on their own efforts by the electorate. Always remember what Keating said about the electorate - never under-estimate the voters, they invariably get it right. Something the Tories are always doing it seems...

Poor, poor, Sco-Mo. My heart bleeds to hear that his government lost Wentworth. Oh, dearie, dearie, me.

LOL
Don't be a twat.
They still hold government....

Shorten never showed his face in Wentworth and the ALP so far have 10.8% of the vote... the Liberals still ahead by at least 6% if we had first past the post the Libs would be in still. If there were less Progs in Wentworth then the Libs would still be in... if postal votes go heavily to the Libs they still ill be in.

But as I stated much earlier bwian it has looked like Phelps will win.

Don't expect that next May the same result will ensue.

As for the Libs, that idiot Trent Zimmerman the Photios Progressive mouthpiece says they have and will learn their lesson... well no they have not. :du
