Liars have an advantage, they can say whatever people want to hear.

LIARS usually cannot remember what they said, that is why it is better to tell the TRUTH.

That might matter to an ethical person, they might be scared they will be caught out.

To an unethical person, there is another question which inevitable lends itself toward lying

Unethical persons often use the word "alleged" to cover their butts. They still tell lies though.

My two pet hates are liars and thieves. I think it is just inherent in some people and they are never likely to change because it falsely makes them feel superior and important even though it actually does the reverse.

If you have to lie or steal to try to get yourself ahead it is only a temporary measure and will undo you in the end.
