PA is ahead on every score. OzPol's 3 most destructive posters are not here and never will be. I know it can be slow here and that could be changed if people weren't so set in their ways but today over 6 hours elapsed between the top 20 posts at OzPol and that's not exactly stimulating either.
The nutters have definitely overrun the asylum and it shows.

Indeed - that place needs to be cleaned up.

Re: Daylight Saving
I can't seem to even change the time properly there. I logged in and checked the daylight saving box but it only corrects when I am logged and only in military time.
So I went back in and made it +11 and the same thing happened. Oh well.

I have my own "body clock" and have always been an early riser ... now I am actually (according to The Clock) rising an hour later .... I don't wear a watch and the other stuff around here changes itself. It is good to be retired and not have to worry about what "time" it is.

Ditto, Cods. I stopped wearing my watch and rings when I suddenly found my pinkie ring (made from my Mother's rings, several thousand dollars worth) missing .... searched everywhere and "last place I looked" was in the Vita Brits packet ... there it was, fell off when I was getting my breakfast! Just as well I checked or it could have been thrown out in the rubbish!
As far as what day it is ... who cares? It's TODAY, isn't it?

My wife noticed that her diamond was missing from her engagement ring.
There were tears, lots of tears
I said don't worry we can afford a better one now. ( we were not very weak.thy when we married)
Wrong thing to say, more tears.
I backtracked the street, the shops and the gutters around the house
( have you ever used a torch to look in a gutter on the street, I could not believe how many tiny pieces of glass there was)
Anyhoo, didn't find the lump of compressed carbon.
Took her to get another diamond fitted
Worth an absolute fortune to have a diamond sized to a ring
So we went cubic zirconia.
A couple of years later, the eldest was vacuuming the hall carpet when a glint caught her eye.
There it was, caught in the gap between the carpet and the doorstep.
More tears, this time happy tears
Got the ring fixed
But now she rarely wears it, afraid to loose the diamond again.
Sad eh?
I have a dream
A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream
