It is as just as much a silly question as yours, Sprint. People commit Terrorist atrocities for a multitude of reasons - religion is a relatively minor one compared to political and cultural reasons. Just look at the Palestinians - they were committing Terrorism long before religion appeared on the scene and appeared to justify in the minds of both the perpetrators and the critics.
