Someone shot my dog once and I swear if any other psychotic idiot ever shot one of my animals again I would shoot them right back!

I am a good shot though so don't worry. I would just take out one knee then depending on how good that felt I might take out the other ... or not.

yes, comment here are aligned with my ways of dealing with neighbours errant pets

Do it anonymously.
Never ever say you dislike someones pet to the owner.
Pet owners often have psychosis about their pets
