C'marn boxy, looks are only skin deep. Now, go find that thaing. In the very same interview, Dick made a comment about being told by a politician that not to pay means/= hostage dies.

It is there in ABC AM/FM radio ether.

Can't find it, Aussie, yer on yer own.

Holy shit... just seen the latest news releases, giving the POV of Dick and Bob... pathetic. The govt stance has to be... HAS TO BE... no ransom payments, yet that's all they've got. That the govt failed to pay the ransom 11 months ago.

What the govt should have been looking at (no doubt was looking at) was a military alternative. I doubt we're up to it...

Particularly pathetic was Bob Browns soundbite, about it only being a fraction of his parliamentary pay... please. Hippy.

The government stance was....no ransom.............but someone paid $35,000 paid per month to these 'hostage negotiators.'

Now, I agree that Government cannot be seen publicly as paying a ransom, but I am completely confident that Government is very capable of filtering funds surreptitiously to appropriate, and very credible fronts like Dick and Bob, and they are also very capable of keeping tags on the money, and thus locating the fuckers so that the SAS can aim at that very skinny black arse for the successful delivery of a nasty bugger from space.

Just ^^^^ a fanciful notion I have.

That's what the negotiators are for - to prevent the government following the money. It's gone now, being used to buy assault rifles for some cruel wannabe dictator, and Dick the hero helped it happen. Now we have to stay away, so these lunatics can slaughter the locals without any rich white people to write it down. Maybe Dick got a discount for discouraging journalists from going in there.

How do you know that? Got any evidence at all?
