The UN is a joke and a farce. It's about time all western countries ignored them.
The un has done very little for a long time at a huge cost.
And what they have done is all bad.
For a while the un has been run by islamics.
wonder who funds the un ?

From the article quoted in the OP:
He specifically mentioned Angela Merkel, the German chancellor, falsely suggesting "crime in Germany is way up" and immigration was why "the people of Germany are turning against their leadership".
This sounds like fake news. I'm betting that crime in Germany has increased since they opened the floodgates, and I'm betting Merkel is in trouble with the voting public as a result.

Anyone know?

No, I have no real idea.
With the way statistics are manipulated and how politicians control what is released and how it is released it is impossible to give a statement based on reality.

Migrants may be responsible for most of a recent rise in violent crime in Germany, research commissioned by the government suggests.

The study used data from Lower Saxony, a state where more than 90% of the rise was attributed to young male migrants.

The researchers say the findings are not surprising because many migrants who arrived in Germany in recent years are single males aged 14-30.

This group is most likely to commit crime, irrespective of nationality.

>snip<

Based on figures from the state's interior ministry, which keeps a separate record of alleged crimes by migrants, the report suggested that 92.1% of this increase was attributable to migrants.

>snip<

The researchers said that the best chance of reducing violent crime among migrants was to offer more help with integration through language courses, sport and apprenticeships.

But it said that many male migrants fell into the 14-30 age category, the most likely to commit violent crime.

The lack of women and families among the migrants also meant that those young men were deprived of a "violence-preventing, civilising force", the study said.

yes, and other sites I saw said the rate of crime in germany had dropped.
the collection of the statistics is in question here.

I have read in many sites basically ALL the illegals are men aged from 15 --> 40

this idea of 'offering 'integration assistance is nonsense. Who pays for it ?
Germans don't want muslims there. I have seen the illegals in France - they are horrible.

Send them back ASAP

Just what every western country needs? Millions of virile, cowardly, amoral and aggressive men who leave their mothers, daughters, grandmothers, sisters etc at home to fend for themselves :roll:

US PRESIDENT Donald Trump has sharpened his call to deport people who enter the United States illegally, saying they should immediately be sent back to where they came from without any judicial process.

Mr Trump tweeted his hard line views on Sunday morning, calling for “strength and security” at the US border, and stating unequivocally that there is a link between illegal immigrants and crime.

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump
Democrats, fix the laws. Don’t RESIST. We are doing a far better job than Bush and Obama, but we need strength and security at the Border! Cannot accept all of the people trying to break into our Country. Strong Borders, No Crime!

In a second tweet, Mr Trump described immigrants as invading the United States and clogging up the legal system, and took a swipe at critics who have cried foul over the policy of separating immigrant children from their parents.

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump
We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country. When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came. Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order. Most children come without parents...

Mr Trump stated twice that US immigration policy is mocked internationally, and argued that illegal immigration is unfair to those who pursue immigration through the proper channels, which is a process that takes years and requires merit.

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump
....Our Immigration policy, laughed at all over the world, is very unfair to all of those people who have gone through the system legally and are waiting on line for years! Immigration must be based on merit - we need people who will help to Make America Great Again!

Republican apprehension over Mr Trump’s next tweet and fear of riling conservative voters are undermining GOP leaders’ election-year struggle to shove an immigration bill through the House this week, leaving their prospects dubious.

Party leaders are trying to finally secure the votes they need for their wide- ranging bill with tweaks they hope will gain support from the GOP’s duelling conservative and moderate wings. But more importantly, wavering Republicans want Mr Trump to provide political cover for immigration legislation that’s despised by hard-right voters.

Last Tuesday, he privately told House Republicans that he backed their legislation “1,000 per cent” and would protect them during their campaigns, politicians said.

By Friday, he was tweeting that “Republicans should stop wasting their time on Immigration” and wait until after the November elections, when he said the GOP would approve tougher legislation because it will gain strength in Congress.

The bill would make citizenship a possibility for “Dreamer” immigrants brought illegally to the US. when young. It would also finance Trump’s aspirational $25 billion wall with Mexico and curb government agencies from wrenching migrant children from detained parents.

The measure is the product of weeks of bargaining between party conservatives and moderates. Even so, the two GOP factions have been unable to resolve their final differences and vote-counters have yet to round up a majority. Republicans are getting no help from Democrats, who uniformly oppose the legislation. The GOP divisions come at a bad time for the party: Elections are approaching and immigration has riveted public attention for months. Republicans who are battling to retain House control have hoped to focus this fall’s campaigns on the economy and tax cuts.

Instead, Republican blockades against ending deportations of young immigrants brought to the US illegally as children were major news earlier this year.

In recent days, the focus has shifted to the Trump administration’s wrenching of migrant children from their parents.

Neither of those have been good looks for Republicans from swing districts with large numbers of moderate voters — the very incumbents who must be re-elected for the GOP to retain House control.

The Trump administration has gone into damage control on the issue of immigrant children, saying that it knows the location of all migrant kids who are in US custody, according to a story in the NY Post.

The administration said it knows the locations of all children removed from their parents as the result of the zero tolerance immigration policy and announced a hotline for separated families to call, according to a report.

The Department of Homeland Security released the fact sheet — “zero-tolerance prosecution and family reunification” — late Saturday and said it is working to reunite the children with their parents.
