You won't get any moisture inside a porous rock.

they would have some protection from radiation.
Remember - there could be billions of microbes inside a rock &
only one would have to survive to multiply when it landed in some nice warm water.

Forever is a long time and the law of phyics indicate that everything will decay over time.... includign every atom if we keep expanding forever.
I don't know what is the microbes you refer. I expect that cells will not survive very well by organic molecules will, e.g. RNA and imno acides ...etc.

I was thinking it would be something like an underground shopping mall, or similar.

But women get their eggs frozen all the time for use later in reproduction techniques.
Sperm is also frozen from donors.
I see no reason why microbes frozen for millions of years could not come back to life -
well at least some of them - & it takes only one to reproduce to create a billion more very quickly.
If we do find microbes on Mars it is quite likely that they originally came from Earth.
Maybe our whole Milky Way galaxy has been seeded this way?
