No, the corollary would be Labor's policies reduced the flood, but their honesty in reporting and searching for incoming boats makes them look worse.

Reduced a flood you have no evidence of under Howard and we do have evidence of under Rudd.

OK, I will play, and Howard never really went to war in Iraq, he sent New Zealanders dressed as Aussies instead.

We don't know necessarily know what the numbers were under Howard- only what they were presented to be.

Well under that line of thinking we don't know what the Labor numbers are, yet they are presenting them as greater.
