I am sure they may have these in all states but I have heard that the Sydney ghost tours are particularly eerie.
The St James Station ghost tour tunnels are now being opened up by ballot for anyone not claustrophobic and open to the experience.
St James Station was originally intended to have four railway lines, with only two lines ever put into use, the other two remain to this day as the 'ghost' platforms of St. James. The empty platforms have remnants of the green and cream tiles and signage similar to the operational tracks. The only thing missing are the tracks. With an interesting past including being used as Air Raid Shelters during WWII, taking the tour will give you the opportunity to travel along the planned track and deep into a series of bunkers where the floor eventually meets the ceiling. Along the way you'll see engravings and markings on the walls dating back to 1940. Untouched, this is now part of Sydney's history.
Not sure what went on down there but maybe I will suck it up and go have a peek

I bought my mother a double pass for a ghost and historical tour of the Rocks for mothers day.

I've been on a few here in Ballarat, and really enjoyed the historical component, given I don't believe in ghosts.
My mother does however.
We argue about this regularly
