Yummy.
I have a whey drink 3 or 4 times a week. Keeps my full for 8 hours. I've also been slipping whey powder into daughters milk in the morning.

Except the protein flatus.

I don't drink them before I have appointments, helping up school or anywhere I'm likely to offend anyone.

Worse if I have 2-in a day. Lol

Reasons to own a dog.

Company
Keeps you fit
Cleans up the scraps your baby chucks on the floor
Someone to blame your farts on

Ha ha ha very good Gordon.

Only I can't have animals here unfortunately.

I'd love to get a cat or a therapy dog (hypoallergenic) for my daughter.

Breakfast- special K, skim milk topped with a tablespoon of mixed frozen berries and a tablespoon of low fat yoghurt.

Lunch- isowhey shake

Dinner- steam vegetables with salmon portion.

Wedge of lemon.

That's it. :Hi

Dinner actually but...

1/2KG of wagu mince from a next level premium butcher...made in front of my eyes.
Combined with egg, salt, pepper, pinch of italian herbs and a table spoon of breadcrumbs. The kind for japanese katsu.
Into the Scanpan until tender and juicy. A slice of tasty cheese on top, into a very hot oven for 30 seconds.

Served on a warmed slider sized brioche bun with sliced pickle.

OMFG....
