Curious. Has the Russian Navy declined since the Soviet era? They used to give the USA a run for their money. Could they still do it?

The Russian navy declined dramatically under Yeltsin, at one point they were not even being paid but Putin has rebuilt much of it.

This would not be a naval war but more a game of naval chicken, see what you can get away with without inviting too strong a responce.

China is playing this naval game more and more in the West Pacific to see if they can dimish US naval influence.

lol... talking about Russia being a harsh environment there... can you imagine the level of drug abuse that an environment like the moon provides, would cause... if it really was a place for ordinary people to populate?
