Gordo is like Action Man...
a lot like me ...but.... I draw the line at Jumping out of a Perfectly Good Aeroplane...
who does that?
I would if I had to during my military years...
but it didn't come to that so I didn't..

We used to go sailboarding every weekend on the Nambucca River but it's been a few years between then and now. I loved it.
Happy birthday to Mrs G. She will be pampered twice in one week (I hope?) with Mother's Day coming up on Sunday too

Try a SUP, very easy on the body.
Pampered with a 13 month old psycho baby hanging off her, I'll do my best

Ok you active lot have inspired me to get even more active.
I'm going to get even more serious about exercise.
Power walk each morning.
I joined the gym, but have only been attending a light exercise class 2-3 time's a week. I am having a minor procedure on my shoulder later this year so am a bit limited.
Aches if I do too much, long distance driving is the killer.
Once they remove debris and inject special solution into joint ( called a capsular release) its should be hunky dory. Old sports injury .... I dislocated it as a teenager.
