Mostly the truth actually.... my comment makes valid points re the article.

Again...

Just someone's opinion and obviously coloured and not universal but there are the old boys and old girls clubs where networks are formed and favours given all through life not because of what you can do but who you are... we see it everyday and parents who send their children to private schools are well aware of the social and financial advantages these networks afford their children.

As for being a "cry baby"... should the government who has public responsibilities prop up private schools who charge exorbitant fees?

When in high school (public) I did a Cadet course during my Winter holidays at Newington College... they had a huge swimming pool, tennis courts.... and they were going on a holiday excursion... to the Snowy, in air-conditioned buses and with all equipment supplied.
