it doesn't have to be proven in a court of law for it to have occurred.
perhaps this isn't a political topic????????????
Point in Case...
any woman can accuse any man of rape to "GET HIM BACK" and thats it..
its a done deal...
as said above..
"it doesn't have to be proven in a court of law"
this seems to be the new thinking.... ME TOO... ME TOO!!!!! RAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As someone else here said, there needs to be a trial, and enough evidence for there to be a conviction, and even then, there's the appeal process.
I can tell you now, rape is still grossly under reported crime in Australia, because the victims realise unless there's enough physical evidence, taking the witness stand and enduring the court process is equally harrowing as the crime itself.
Especially so when the victim knows their perpetrator.
I'd like polygraphs to be considered as evidence.
Some perpetrators genuinely believe they're not guilty of rape however, so this is why I believe both victims and defendants should sit them.
If we can send man to the moon, why can't we develop polygraph technology to a point whereby it's considered reliable?
Truthfully, we'd rather not.
WE'VE never been to the moon...
we haven't figured out a way to get through the dangerous Van Allan Radiation Belts...
and the last thing I "sprouted" was some carrots...

Re-moon.
However, it's one thing to cry rape and another thing, again to press charges.
Most women don't.
Especially if who raped them has quality legal representation.
I believe god will deliver justice where required.

With a little help from his angels.
Justice isn't always sort via courts.
Call it divine intervention, but I believe people who wrong other's, cause grief, harm and fear, usually spend the rest of their lives alone, or engaged in shallow meaningless transient associations.
Not meaningful loving relationships.
Grieving for what they took for granted, and lost.
They can fool other's, even themselves, but the people they hurt know the truth.
The people who mattered to them most?
Or perhaps never really mattered at all.

Mechanic you really do not believe we have been to the moon?
You know it would cost more to try to fake it?

You're off your trolley if you think most rapists have quality legal representation.... the truth is much more heinous than that!
