Dont buy it Brian, Racism is a natural defencive responce to protecting ones family and territory ,,
If it is "natural" why then do when new tribes/peoples are first contacted by White people, they are invariably welcomed, accepted? Be it in North America, South America, Oceania, Africa. People generally accept other people when they first encounter them. "Racism" is a learned response. It comes out of fear of them after their actions.
The ones in the amazon recently, fired arrows at the chopper as if flew over, Not sure where your fantasy originated lol
He has the noble savage delusion.
Not in the slightest. People are people but people do not react negatively to other people until the other people do something bad to them. Guess what many White People (not all though) invariably have done to the uncontacted Indigenous people after they have contacted them?

Oh so people are people, unless they're white people. You must really loathe yourself.

It is hard to tell who is "indigenous" (i.e. abo) these days as most of them are white anyhow.

You obviously didn't read what I said, Gordon. A not unusual problem for you it seems. "Not all though" shows that I do not include all White people in what I said. Tsk, tsk. What is wrong, feeling persecuted by the truth?

You can only wand one of them. Which one do you wand?

You're deliberately ignoring my hypothetical Brian. I said you can only wand ONE of them. Which one is it to be?
Remember, the lives of the 400 people on the plane depend on your decision.
I am indeed, "Nicole" because it is playing a game I don't want to play. It is a pointless hypothetical, there is always time, no matter where or when, to slow events to allow you to wand everybody.
Of course it's a game you don't want to play Brian because you know damn straight you'd wand the young Arab if you had to choose and you can't admit that, because to do so you'd be stereotyping. And the second you admit to stereotyping I've got you by the balls.

Tell me, how do you react to someone with a laptop with this on their screen when you get on a plane?
Do you panic or do you just laugh and move on?
I would, within a split second, stereotype the holder of said device and based on that stereotype if I felt it was a threat I'd go into my innate fight, flight, or freeze mode.

Believe what you like, "Nicole". Nothing I say will change your mind, now will it? It is closed. Tsk, tsk.

Why? His laptop is harmless, it has already been checked by security. It cannot communicate with another device - why both doing that?
Perhaps your problem is that you're not technically minded enough to see the joke that it is intended to convey?

And you'd be showing just how paranoid you are. His laptop has already been checked by security. It has to be, before it is allowed on the plane.
