Not so easy now as they tend not to report the middle eastern appearance as they used to.Black Orchid wrote:I have been a bit remiss with it lately. Night after night after night there is always something. Feel free to add anything you hear.Gordon wrote:How good is this thread.

I have found that the multiple stabbings are not reported anymore although they are online if you care to look for them. Even the shootings aren't being covered by the media. Why? Too many to keep up with now or are they protecting these thugs?Gordon wrote:Not so easy now as they tend not to report the middle eastern appearance as they used to.Black Orchid wrote:I have been a bit remiss with it lately. http://www.news.com.au/national/nsw-act ... f55f60167bA POLICE officer was hospitalised after being glassed in a violent attack in Western Sydney this morning.
NSW Police said an investigation is currently underway after the officer was reportedly injured while trying to break up a fight in Emerton.
Police have released shocking images of the officer’s injuries which left him with a bleeding wound at the side of his head.
The officer was attacked when police responded to a fight on Luxford Rd.
A witness claimed there were up to 16 men involved in the fight when police first arrived however this has not been confirmed.
One of the officers, an Acting Inspector, attempted to intervene when he saw two men fighting. He was approached from behind by a third man and hit in the head with a glass bottle.
According to another witness, the Acting Inspector fell to the ground from the force of being hit so hard.
A representative from NSW police said the officer lost consciousness, he was hit that hard.
“We are going and doing our jobs just like everyone else. We are not punching bags for thugs in the area,” he added.
The officer was taken to Nepean Hospital where his injuries required eight stitches.
The men fled the scene and a large search of the area was conducted.
Officers were assisted by the Public Order Riot Squad, PolAir and the Dog Unit, but were unable to immediately find the men.
The officer was discharged from hospital earlier today.

https://au.news.yahoo.com/nsw/a/3977857 ... ney-brawl/Doctors and nurses are working to keep a man alive after he was involved in a "shocking" violent brawl outside a Sydney restaurant.
The brawl broke out at Campsie between a group of men about 9.30pm on Sunday.
CCTV footage, aired by Network Ten, shows the 30-year-old victim fall to the ground before being struck repeatedly by other men.
NSW Police Inspector David McCloskey said the footage was "confronting" and attacking a person already on the ground was "cowardly".
"(It) shows a very violent and very vicious assault," he told reporters in Sydney on Monday.
"It's very lucky we're not talking about a fatality."
The man remains in a critical condition in St George Hospital.

https://www.9news.com.au/national/2018/ ... edia-videoPolice are appealing for information to identify a group of men seen near a series of grass fires in social media footage.
Bankstown police officers were given a Snapchat video around 9.30am today that shows a group of young men dressed in black with bandannas over their faces laughing as flames take hold of bush nearby.
While authorities said there was no indication the men actually lit the fire that terrorised communities in Sydney’s south and south-west over the weekend, the video has been handed over to officers from Strike Force Carpi, who are investigating its suspicious origin.

https://www.sbs.com.au/news/atrocious-c ... y-shootingA 13-year-old girl is lucky to be alive after getting caught in the line of fire while talking to a group of friends inside a garage in Sydney's west.
The teenager was shot in the leg in what police believe was a targeted drive-by attack on a home on Constance St in Guildford on Tuesday night.
It's understood a silver SUV pulled up near the driveway before a number of shots were fired from the passenger side into the garage, which had its door up.
The victim and at least four other young girls were inside chatting at the time, NSW Police say.
The girl was taken to the Children's Hospital at Westmead where she remains in a serious but stable condition.
Her mother told the Daily Telegraph that her daughter had had surgery and was in intensive care.
“She was in the wrong place at the wrong time, I don’t know why people drove past and shot her,” the woman said.
"This is an atrocious crime," Superintendent Matt Appleton told reporters on Wednesday.
"It's a cowardly act for someone to fire into a house in any circumstance, but then to put children at risk is hard to describe in words. She was very lucky."
Police don't believe it was a random attack, but are unsure who the intended target was.

We going to see an apology, BO? Afterall the Police claim these three men were NOT responsible for the fire. Are you still going to claim they were?Black Orchid wrote:https://www.9news.com.au/national/2018/ ... edia-videoPolice are appealing for information to identify a group of men seen near a series of grass fires in social media footage.

I didn't write the article Brian so why should I apologise? The police put their pics out because they were 'persons of interest'.
