Well it seems to have a bulge. A rather small one but a bulge just the same 8-)

As a transgender competitor in WOMENS' sport shouldn't it have been removed? How many women in WOMENS' sport have a penis? Surely NOT having a penis should be a part of the rules? I mean DUHHH!!

Caster Semenya has never had gender surgery either.
