I think true homosexuality is there from birth. It could be from any number of things from something unknown triggering an abnormality in the womb to slightly defective chromosomes. Molecular genetics studies have shown a slight abnormality in the tip of the X chromosome in homosexuals.

Not all people who live homosexual lives are inherently homosexual and maybe those particular people live such a lifestyle through choice? Who knows.

There probably is some kind of evolutionary rhythm or reason why some pop out gay.

There is no gay gene.... how many times must you people be told.
people are not born gay, that myth was refuted as soon as the gays tried it on.
Sexuality is a learned behaviour.

Even if you like to think sexuality is a bell curve type continuum, then statistics prove its a very narrow bell, the vast majority of humans are hetero.
Hence the NORM is heterosexuality.

People become gay or hetro or attracted to goats around puberty.

I am all for differences and minorities being respected but I am not for it to be the norm and promoted. (or educating the young that it is normal)

Tolerance is different to normalization.

Should we teach our kids to go dogging at the local park. It happens, should we normalize that.

What about bondage. How about wife swapping or gang bangs (willing ones)

It's all about the minority justifying their behavours by claiming it is normal... sorry don't buy it and certainly it should not be promoted and they should definitely not adopts kids. Let them have their own kids. use their DNA.

For Gordon and Nic who seem confused... yes guys puberty doesn't hit till many years after birth, a point I have been making.
No need to keep telling me what I already know and have never disputed.

As for the push to claim there is no choice involved in homosexuality there are many studies that push the gene myth or various other nonsensical theories... one of the best by a group of sociologists at a large US University... is that.... "you live in an urbanized environment when you turn 14"... give me a break

No proof for that Gordon, that also depends on genetics.... twin studies negate those theories.
