Firstly Rorschach can I thank you for being able to have a civilised exchange of ideas. It is refreshing mate.

So nic...don't you understand that children brought up with homosexual parents will be brought up believing that is the "norm" etc, etc, etc....

But it is the norm. A certain proportion of the population is born gay.

My 30 year old cousin is gay and everyone knew he would be gay from about the age of 5. He was raised with a white picket fence, a dog, and two heterosexual parents.

I believe sexuality is born, not made by nurture.

There is no gay gene.

If you studied male prisoners you will find that some actually change their sexual preference whilst in prison, some retain a gay lifestyle after being released some revert back to heterosexuality some become bi.

BTW nic the most effeminate male I know is very hetero... married with kids, lots of girlfriends during his life some thought he was gay. he wasn't. Being effeminate does not make you gay that is simply a stereotype.
If one is brought up with those expectations and treated as gay there is little wonder they become gay.

It is no surprise that some male prisoners turn into arse bandits when denied their sexual preference (females). Can you provide a referenced link that "some" retain a gay lifestyle upon release?

Not all people who live homosexual lives are inherently homosexual and maybe those particular people live such a lifestyle through choice? Who knows.

I believe you can be homosexual and not have a genectic predisposition to it. Therefore the term Poof vs gay.

Why would you do that? You're suggesting a 'poof' can be hetro but choose to fuck men because...?

It is not right for a child to grow up thinkign this is normal. It is a minority of the population. A child should have the chance to grow in as normal an environment as possible and them choose which way they turn when they are adults. A child will seek love and attention and unless the couple don't push their lifestyle as normal the kid will grow up thinking it is normal. It is acceptable for adults but is not normal.

There is nothing wrong with a child growing up thinking homosexuality is normal. The child won't become a homosexual merely because the people they were raised with are. Homosexuality is not catching.

Disagree and here is my evidence. i live in the Middleeast.

Men fu.king men is common here because as teenagers and early 20s they are not allowed to have relationships with women. So they screw each other. i discussed this with a local and he said... word for word....

"They have sex, sometime peer pressure or forced on them... they get a hard on as is normal and they think this is normal and is sex... so they think men screwing men is normal".

So here is a real world situation where deprived of female intimacy, they fall to the only intimacy they can have, and many then think it is normal and become bi after they are forced to marry.

So i disagree.
