Reporters!

Still, why would a dog attack a little kid?
because it is a dog.
Why don't dogs like little kids?

I have known lots of people who have dogs and babies and those dogs have been extremely protective. Depends on the dog I guess. My little dog (a Corgi) actually slept under my daughter's cot, once she arrived, rather than on my side of the bed! Unfortunately, he died when she was about 3, crossed the road. He was about 10. Will always remember PQ.

I would never allow a cat in the house with babies though. Not fond of cats in the first instance. However, my daughter likes cats better than dogs. You are either one or the other I have observed. I like dogs.

for a start..

dont own killer dogs..

2. the same types own these killer dogs... there is something wrong with them mentally.. Low Socioeconomic people for instance will go for Pitbulls

3. they never train them properly, they never put the dog in its place within the pack (your family) - down the bottom of the pack and lives outside..

4. they'll say that "their" dogs wouldn't hurt a fly, its a door mat, so gentle ... they are liars, they are idiots

the dog that attacked the 10 year old girl was known to council because someone had already complain about it... a female jogger who crapped herself when she thought it was coming over the fence... the council spoke to the owners about it... but still the council failed as the bloody thing wasn't even registered..

I hate people who go to places - stay at places - whereby the local rules that you DOG should be on a leash at all times.. so you go there because of that and f****** dogs come running over to you off the leash .. or peeing pooing around your area..

recently while staying in my caravan at a park where they allow dogs (on leashes) I was walking back to my van when three little white ******* things came charging at me barking like mad..

the first thing the fat dumb woman did was to say - "oh they wont bite you - then - she tried to call them back (just  ) but they wouldn't even listen to her.. if she wasn't there I'd have kicked them clean over the fence....

anyways... I just yelled at them telling them to get away and kept walking... one goes for the front of you and they other two going around behind you tapping you on the back of the heal.. .Pack Mentality even from these 3 little yapping shitbags...

anyways.. I go into my van (she didn't even apologies) and I can here the fat mole complaining to her fat husband how I yelled at her dogs.. she went on and on at him... "the man over the road in the black car"

I felt like going across the road and slapping the fat bitch square in the face...

how dare anyone not like her yapping shitbags who was charging at them barking..

I would class these dogs as dangerous dogs because of the way she put them in the pack... above everyone else (including her husband) because they would attack a small child given the chance and half the time they don't even listen to their owners...

and then the owners would say.... oh.. but my preciouses are so friendly ... the child must have done something...

if a dog attacked anyone in my family and I owned a gun... I'd shoot the thing dead on the spot... BANG!!!

and they owners need to her thrown in jail for a spell...

imagine the horrifying ordeal some of these kids have had to endure before they died...

imagine the mentally scared kids who have been viciously mauled... and physical scares...

the 10 year old girl was ripped to pieces including between her legs... the guys who got her out are hero's...

they said the dogs head was all frothed up and looked insane... what a horrible scary sight..

and I can't believe that the council had to get the owners permission to put the dog down... I'd have killed it on the spot...

A THREE-year-old boy had part of his ear ripped off by a Great Dane during a horrific incident last night.

The boy was mauled by the dog while he was riding his bike on Antill St, Mayfield, in Newcastle in NSW, at about 6.30pm. He was with his mother and older sister at the time of the attack.

The dog ran towards him from a nearby property and began biting the boy. He was rushed to John Hunter Hospital with non-life threatening wounds to his face, neck and upper back. The toddler had surgery on his wounds this morning.

I got bitten by one of those small white things (Maltese terrier) last year. The thing bit me twice because the idiot owner was texting on her mobile phone and had it on an extendable lead that was not locked. She lived nearby and called her father in a panic and he came running along with a bandaid. Can you believe that? A bandaid???

Anyway I have had one of those dogs in the past and it never bit anyone. I have also had Rottweiler x German Shepherds who were HUGE dogs at over 85 kgs. Again they never bit anyone. I will admit I had to watch friend's kids like a hawk because they always ran off to torment the dogs. My kids never did that.

I think the blame lies mostly with the owners who just don't know how to treat their dogs. It also lies with parents who let their kids run rampant around dogs and expect everything to be ok.

I would NEVER NEVER own a pit bull though. Anything that ugly has to have problems.

Small white things. :rofl They are "lap dogs" and I had a neighbour who was Gay and he had one of those. Worse are the yap yap things (Pomeranians?) Ankle biters with sharp teeth.

My sister had one of these "pig dogs" ... ugly animals but as tame as anything and its name was Winston. The real name is Bull Terrior. It was originally my niece's "pet" but when the novelty wore off, my sister got to keep it.

I had a neighbour, years ago, with an Alsatian called Hannah. The first time I visited, Hannah came and put her HUGE head on my lap. I presume that meant I was welcome. Another friend had a Doberman called Brute ... softest sook of a dog.

Another sister had a Red Setter called Sasha and she had the bloody cheek to send me a list of names when I was pregnant with my daughter and the name "Sasha" was on it. Well .... as if I was going to name my firstborn after my sister's bloody dog. :rofl

My Corgi, PQ, had the deep bark of an Alsatian (or whatever) and I recall, way back, when they were delivering phone directories, the bloke came inside the gate, heard the "deep bark" and stood, paralysed, waiting for someone to come out and take the White Pages. PQ was more likely to lick an intruder to death than bite anybody and he was a corgi! Just sounded menacing. :rofl

We had a Pomeranian when I was young too and it never bit anyone. It did yap when people came to the door though lol

Where I live is inundated with Asians (and I DO mean inundated with them) and they ALL have either a Maltese or a Pomeranian and ALL of those dogs are out of control. They do NOT know how to look after them. They treat them like little dolls. They yap and they bite but it isn't the dogs' fault.

I detest Australian Bull Terriers. They are ugly and they have an inherent killing nature. My brother in law had one that looked exactly like that in the pic and they also had a cat. They grew up together but the pig dog's eyes are bad and get worse as they age. One day the cat jumped off the fence and the dog just automatically grabbed it by the neck and ripped its head off. It was just instinct. They are the only breed of dog I cannot stand.

American Bulls are totally different.
