I think cosmetic surgery for vanity should be banned.

I mean if a woman loses a breast due to a mastectomy then it's OK to
reconstruct something that looks like a breast but
I don't see why any woman should have dangerous silicon pumped into her chest
because she thinks it looks better.

As for trout lips - those women should be sent to a psychiatrist not a plastic surgeon.
